Welding at Appleton Technical AcademyWhat to expect when you attend A-Tech

Welding at Appleton Technical Academy

Your school day at Appleton Technical Academy will feature a mix of the following manufacturing content courses:

  • Automated Manufacturing
  • Mechanical Design
  • Welding
  • Machining

As a student progresses through their learning experience in ATECH they will become more immersed in the academy. A typical freshman will have a 2-hour block in ATECH and take the rest of their classes in West High School. Students in 10th, 11th, and 12th grade will receive all but their science classes through ATECH. The only other exception is a district requirement of one semester of Personal Financial Management.
